Subscription Fees, Makeup Sessions, Late Pickup Cancellation, and Refund Policy

 

Basketball Camps 

  • There are no refunds for basketball camps.
  • All weather-related cancellations by TH Athletics will be rescheduled at a later date.

Subscription Fees

  • Credit card holder’s account is automatically charged on the same date as the original transaction date on each corresponding month.
  • Discounts, rebates or other special offers only valid for initial term; subscriptions renew at the then-current full subscription rates.
  • Terrell Harris Athletics may terminate the subscription and these terms if it is unable to renew the subscription based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.
  • Right of access granted under these Terms is effective only upon payment of the subscription fees.

Makeup sessions

  • When subscribing one of the monthly plans, unfortunately there will be no make up sessions for your child.    Your child can attend the allotted time you have paid for.  Similarly, to a monthly membership at a gym, missed days are not transferrable to the week or month.  If your child will be out for an extended period, you are able to pause your membership so you will not be billed during the upcoming month.
  • We only meet 3 times per week.  For families who purchased 3 days per week weekly, they are unable to make up missed sessions.  In fairness to these families, no make up sessions will be extended to anyone.

Late Pick-Up Policy

  • Our sessions are scheduled to end at 7 pm.  All children must be picked up at 7 pm.  If an emergency should occur and the family is unable to arrive before 7 pm to pick up a child, it is very important that Coach Terrell be called, and information given about the whereabouts of the parents and what will be the parent’s expected time of arrival.
  • A late pick-up fee will be charged for each instance of pick up for any time after 7:05 pm. The late fee must be paid no later than the next day. At 7:06 pm there will be charge of $5.  There will be an additional $1 charge for each minute after 7:06 pm. Payment must be made prior to attending the next practice.

Cancelling Account

  • Requests to cancel by e-mail or phone are must be made two weeks prior to the billing cycle you are currently in.
  • Once you cancel your membership subscription, you will not lose access immediately.
  • Your membership will continue through the end of your current charge cycle. For example: If your credit card is charged on the 10th of the month and you cancel on April 27th, you will not lose access until the May 10th.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable; except that you may cancel renewed subscription by contacting Terrell Harris within one (1) calendar day after renewal date and receive a full refund of the new subscription fees.
