TERRELL M. HARRIS
Terrell M. Harris is a graduate of Norfolk State University and Wesley Theological Seminary. His pursuit of self-mastery led him to obtain to become a Certified Personal Trainer, Youth Exercise Specialist and a Sports Nutrition Consultant. Terrell is also a 3 Time Marathoner and former college athlete.
Terrell has always had a passion for helping people. In 2014, upon graduating from Wesley Theological Seminary, both he and his wife pastored the church plant The Opened Box.
Terrell believes in the mastery of three areas of health, physical health, mental health and physical health. With an strategic effort to improve each of the three mentioned areas on a daily basis, Terrell believes that you can achieve anything and be in alignment with your divine path towards mastery.

Athletic Career
Terrell played college basketball and Baseball.
He is also a 3 time marathoner and a 3 time half marathoner.
